What These Workshops Are

ADHD Horizon workshops are structured, live sessions designed to help people understand ADHD and common areas of difficulty.

They combine short teaching blocks with interactive elements such as polls, fictional examples, and practical tasks.

Each workshop runs as a half-day session (3 hours 30 minutes), with regular breaks to manage attention and cognitive load.

These workshops are educational rather than therapeutic, and do not involve personalised advice, clinical assessment, or sharing of personal histories.

Who These Workshops May Be Suitable For

Workshops are open-access and suitable for:

  • Adults with ADHD

  • People who think they may have ADHD

  • Partners, family members, or carers

  • Professionals seeking general understanding of ADHD

  • Anyone with an interest in ADHD
