How Therapy Works Here

1:1 therapy at ADHD Horizon is collaborative, evidence-based, and formulation-led, rather than focusing on diagnosis. All sessions are delivered online, with flexibility built in.

Therapy focuses on working with the psychological difficulties affecting you, while always taking ADHD into account in how these are understood and addressed.
Work may draw on approaches such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, and integrative models, depending on what is clinically appropriate.
The emphasis is on developing understanding, psychological flexibility, and practical ways of working with difficulties that affect everyday life.

Who This May Suit

1:1 therapy may be appropriate if one or more of the following apply, and you are:
  • Looking for individual, personalised psychological support

  • Experiencing ADHD alongside other psychological difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout

  • Wanting space to work at your own pace with a clinician

Register Your Interest in 1:1 Therapy

All clinical services at ADHD Horizon are offered following a screening process.
Screening involves a brief overview of your current difficulties, collection of relevant background information, and completion of a short set of online questionnaires.
Screening will help determine whether therapy is the most appropriate next step and whether it can be offered safely and effectively.

Still Deciding?
