About the event
This workshop provides an evidence-informed exploration of why planning, organisation, and follow-through are often difficult for adults with ADHD. It is designed to help participants understand patterns of productivity difficulty without blame, oversimplification, or reliance on willpower-based explanations.
Date: 16th May 2026
Time: 13.30
Venue: Online via Zoom
In this live workshop, productivity difficulties in ADHD are explored as challenges of regulation rather than motivation or effort. The session examines why many adults with ADHD can work intensely at times yet struggle with consistency, initiation, or completion of everyday tasks, and why common productivity advice often fails to generalise or stick.
Rather than focusing on “time management tips”, the workshop looks at the underlying mechanisms that shape how tasks are started, sustained, and finished in ADHD.
