ADHD Group Programme

A structured clinical group programme for adults with ADHD, focused on shared learning and the development of practical skills.

How the Group Programme Works

The ADHD Clinical Group Programme offers psychological support delivered in a small, closed group format.
The programme is clinician-led and follows an evidence-based ADHD group manual. Sessions are designed to support shared learning, clear structure, and the development of psychological and practical skills for living with ADHD.
Groups run as a fixed-length programme, with each session building on the last. Sessions typically include structured teaching, guided discussion, practical exercises, and between-session reflection.

Who This May Suit

The Group Programme may be appropriate if you are:
  • Interested in learning alongside others with similar experiences

  • Wanting to learn practical strategies to apply between sessions and beyond

  • Willing to commit to attending all sessions in a closed group

The programme runs as a closed group, with a fixed cohort of up to 10 participants who attend all sessions together.
For clarity and safety, ADHD Horizon does not offer medication management or crisis or emergency services.
  • Experiencing ADHD as a primary difficulty, without additional complexity that would be better supported in individual therapy

Register Your Interest in the Group Programme

All clinical services at ADHD Horizon are offered following a screening process.
Screening involves a brief overview of your current difficulties, collection of relevant background information, and completion of a short set of online questionnaires.
Screening helps determine whether the group programme is the most appropriate next step and whether participation can be supported safely and effectively.

Still Deciding?

ADHD Horizon is designed around a small number of clearly defined support options, recognising that people with ADHD benefit from different kinds of help at different points.
