ADHD Group Programme

A structured clinical group programme for adults with ADHD, focused on shared learning and the development of practical skills.

How the Group Programme Works

The ADHD Clinical Group Programme offers psychological support delivered in a small, closed group format.
It is designed for adults who want a clear, time-limited programme focused on understanding ADHD, building practical strategies, and making meaningful changes in day-to-day life. For many people, this can be a helpful first step when they are looking for structured support.
Groups run as a fixed-length programme, with each session building on the last. This provides continuity, predictability, and a shared foundation for learning, reflection, and change.

What the Programme Covers

Across the 12 weeks, the programme focuses on practical areas such as:
  • understanding ADHD more clearly

  • managing time, tasks, and organisation

  • reducing distraction and procrastination

  • working with overwhelm, emotions, and impulsive reactions

  • building strategies that are easier to use in everyday life

  • improving follow-through on important goals

Why Choose Group?

For many adults with ADHD, group can offer particular advantages. The programme provides:
Abstract image of softly curving parallel paths in warm neutral tones, symbolising structured progress, shared direction, and a clear pathway through an online ADHD group programme.
  • a clear weekly structure

  • a defined beginning, middle, and end

  • practical strategies that can be applied between sessions

  • the chance to learn alongside others facing similar day-to-day difficulties

  • a clear and focused format that does not rely on open-ended therapy

This is not a drop-in group or an informal support space. It is a clinician-led programme designed to combine structure, relevance, and practical value.

Who This May Suit

The Group Programme may be appropriate if you are:
  • interested in learning alongside others with similar experiences

  • wanting to learn practical strategies to apply between sessions and beyond

  • willing to commit to attending all sessions in a closed group

The programme runs as a closed group, with a fixed cohort of up to 10 participants who attend all sessions together.
For clarity and safety, ADHD Horizon does not offer medication management or crisis or emergency services.
  • experiencing ADHD as a primary difficulty, without additional complexity that would be better supported in individual therapy

Register Your Interest in the Group Programme

All clinical services at ADHD Horizon are offered following a screening process.
Screening helps determine whether the group programme is the most appropriate next step and whether participation can be supported safely and effectively.
The process is simple:

  1. Register your interest
  2. Complete a short screening form
  3. Receive a suitability outcome and next steps
Following screening, you will be guided clearly through the next steps, including reserving your place and completing onboarding before the cohort begins.

Still Deciding?

ADHD Horizon is designed around a small number of clearly defined support options, recognising that people with ADHD benefit from different kinds of help at different points.
