1:1 Therapy

A personalised therapeutic approach for adults who want individual support, space to work at their own pace, and a more tailored way of addressing ADHD-related difficulties.

Group Programme

A clear and time-limited programme for adults with ADHD, offering psychology-led support to build understanding, develop practical strategies, and support meaningful change in day-to-day life.

ADHD Workshops

Psychology-led, live workshops on selected ADHD topics, combining clear explanations with practical strategies. Open to all.
Clinical services are offered following a screening process to confirm suitability. Workshops are non-clinical and don’t provide therapy or personalised clinical advice.
