ADHD Horizon offers both clinical and non-clinical options for adults with ADHD.
Our services are delivered online, through clearly defined pathways, helping you understand what’s available and decide on an appropriate next step.

1:1 Therapy

A personalised therapeutic approach, particularly where ADHD is accompanied by other psychological difficulties or more complex presentations.

Group Programme

A time-limited, clinician-led programme delivered in a small group format. The focus is on shared learning, clear structure, and the development of real-life skills.

ADHD Workshops

Psychology-led, live workshops on selected ADHD topics, combining clear explanations with practical strategies. Open to all.
Clinical services are offered following a screening process to confirm suitability. Workshops are non-clinical and don’t provide therapy or personalised clinical advice.
